Yoga, Wellness & Class Bookings
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class/time are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Sauna, Ice Bath & Wellness Treatments
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.
Workshops & Events
Tickets cancelled 48+ hours before the event receive a full refund.
Tickets cancelled inside 48 hours are non-refundable due to limited space and event preparation.
Accommodation Bookings
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
Cancellations made within 7 days are charged 50% of the total stay.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are charged 100%.
