REFUND POLICY
At The ARK, we aim to provide fair and transparent policies that respect both our guests and our team. Please read the following terms regarding refunds for classes, wellness services, events, accommodation, and other bookings.
Yoga, Wellness & Class Bookings
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class/time are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Sauna, Ice Bath & Wellness Treatments
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.
Workshops & Events
Tickets cancelled 48+ hours before the event receive a full refund.
Tickets cancelled inside 48 hours are non-refundable due to limited space and event preparation.
Accommodation Bookings
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
Cancellations made within 7 days are charged 50% of the total stay.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are charged 100%.
